The lesson I missed in B-school...

Early in my career, I won the game of Survivor, Corporate Edition. I believed the path to winning was working 2x as hard to outwit, outplay, and outlast the competition.

This served me well until I reached a place in my career where growth no longer depended on what I did. After a rapid rise to mid-level roles and a persistent battle with burnout, it would take nearly 10 years to secure my next promotion.

I want to save you at least 8 ½ of them.

After spending nearly two decades attempting to fit into corporate culture, I've realized a fundamental truth. This mission was doomed from the very start.

I was born to disrupt the status quo.

I am here to pave new pathways and partner with other change-makers to create a system that is more equitable and just.
