With more than 20 years across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, CRM modernization, policy, workforce enablement, and enterprise change, she translates complexity into coordinated action—aligning executive stakeholders, clarifying business requirements, preparing teams for change, and connecting organizational priorities to technical delivery.
Her work combines technical program leadership, AI enablement, healthcare-domain expertise, CRM strategy, training, and systems thinking. She advises organizations on selecting and applying AI across platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Google Workspace, and other AI-enabled tools—always starting with how people work and what the organization needs to accomplish.
