Drawing from years of experience inside large institutions, Rafat supports leaders in clarifying how they lead and designing digital workspaces—roles, relationships, and expectations—that expand the impact of their leadership style, priorities, and capacity.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership positioning, AI-powered digital solution design, and practical application. While much of her work serves Black women navigating complex systems, the methodology itself is universal: leadership thrives when people are positioned in environments built to support how they think, decide, and lead.
